Service Description

This CBRF Standard Precautions course identifies the diseases that can be spread from person to person, how to prevent those diseases, and how to properly handle infectious materials. You will learn the best standard precautions needed to prevent the transmission of blood-born pathogens and all other communicable diseases. This class also instructs the proper use of personal protective equipment to prevent the spread of disease, and the best standard precautions needed to handle food and laundry. This course must be successfully completed to meet the CBRF Training requirements of DHS 83. After successful completion of Standard Precautions, your name will be added to the Wisconsin CBRF employee registry, within 10 business days.
