Precise CBRF Training Privacy & Refund Policy:

• Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

• All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

• Classes are time sensitive, so no student can be more than 10 minutes late. If a student is more than 10 minutes late, that student will have to reschedule classes.

• All state fees and materials is included in the cost of each class.

• Online students will receive all books and material, by mail, before the start of training.

• Online students will receive a Zoom link and more information, when classes are booked. (download Zoom link to your devise).

• Online student must be in a quiet and controlled environment when training.

• Online/In-Person students must be respectful of other and the instructor (instructor will do the same).

• No food or open drinks in class (you will get a break).

• To reschedule, students must call 2 days in advance of their scheduled classes. There will be no refund if cancelling less than 2 days (unless sudden illness or emergency. Please call me).
