Precise CBRF Training Class Policy/ Refund & Cancellation Policy/:

• All classes, online and in-person, must be paid for in full and upfront when scheduling classes.

• Mask must be worn during class and will be provided.

• Classes will be smaller for social distancing.

• Students must bring photo ID on the first day of class.

• Online students must upload photo when scheduling classes.

• In order to receive a full refund, classes must be cancelled within 3 days of payment. After the 3 day cancellation policy, there will be no refund; however, students are able to reschedule classes (must take rescheduled classes within the next 30 days).

• Stay home and reschedule classes if you are feeling ill!

• Each student will have their temperature taken, upon arrival of class, with a non contact thermometer. If a student's temperature is above 100.4 degrees F, that student will have to leave and reschedule classes.

• Classes are time sensitive, so no student can be more than 10 minutes late. If a student is more than 10 minutes late, that student will have to reschedule classes.

• All state fees and materials is included in the cost of each class.

• Online students will receive all books and material, by mail, before the start of training.

• Online students will receive a Zoom link and more information, when classes are booked. (download Zoom link to your devise).

• Online student must be in a quiet and controlled environment when training.

• Online/In-Person students must be respectful of other and the instructor (instructor will do the same).

• No food or open drinks in class (you will get a break).

• To reschedule, students must call 2 days in advance of their scheduled classes. There will be no refund if cancelling less than 2 days (unless sudden illness or emergency. Please call me).
